Counterintelligence

The Nosduh Forensic Bureau Counterintelligence Division is dedicated to protecting our clients’ critical information, proprietary assets, and overall organizational integrity from threats posed by foreign entities, corporate espionage, and insider threats.

Our primary mission is to proactively detect, deter, and neutralize adversarial intelligence activities aimed at undermining our clients’ competitive advantage or national security interests.

We provide the necessary strategic foresight and defensive measures to ensure that our clients can operate securely and confidently in a complex and threat-rich global environment.

Forensic polygraph tests

Attorneys often recommend their clients take a polygraph examination for both criminal and civil issues. This gives attorneys reliable (and many times confidential) information regarding their client.

The Law Enforcement Community utilizes the polygraph in connection with investigations. Law Enforcement agencies have found that using a polygraph quickly reduces the number of suspects involved in a case. It aids investigations by verifying statements from suspects and has become an invaluable tool in the police applicant screening process.

All Federal Government Agencies (FBI, CIA, Military Intelligence, Homeland Security, USPS, etc.) use polygraph. It has been especially effective in investigations of terrorist activities.

Anyone can take a polygraph examination for their own use or concern to resolve a truth verification question. This could be either a public or private matter including family disputes.

Clinical polygraph tests

Court ordered Psychophysiological Detection of Deception (PDD) exams for Post Conviction Sex Offender (PCSOT) treatment programs.

Clinical Polygraph Monitoring. For example: treatment and probation monitoring programs for offenders. Therapists and treatment centers that deal with convicted offenders have found polygraph to be a valuable tool for their programs. The ultimate goals in such programs are to protect society, obtain meaningful treatment for the offender, and to assure no re-offense of criminal misconduct occurs.
